[MR2] Recommended tool chests?

These look great, and have good reviews. I like the 72", 12-drawer model
with the hardwood top - though its weight rating of 30 lb/drawer is on the
low side. It wouldn't fit in my garage without sacrificing other storage
racks; not sure my son-in-law would want to dedicate six feet of garage
space to it. The price is ~ $50 higher than the HF models, unless I could
find a coupon (does Sam's Club issue such?)

Check out the "Seville" products at Sam's Club. I have handled them
in the store and they seem very nice for the money. I plan on
outfitting my new garage with them. I also know a large scale
racing/tuning shop that uses them.

Looks like you could get the 6 drawer base and the 5 drawer top box
for right at your $300 budget. I currently have a Craftsman setup,
and the Seville is much nicer for less money.

bought our house 42 yrs ago.  It serves my needs fine.  These HF chests I'm
planning for my son-in-law seem better than my old Craftsman, so I'm sure
either one would serve him well.  He is a perfectionist, even more than
myself, and I'm sure he'd love a Snap-On chest, but I can't afford it.
