[MR2] 93+ MR2 Caster Adjustment

There's lots of opinions about 91/92 vs 93+ suspension, and a lot of
"press" on upgrading 91/92 suspension and brake hardware with 93+ hardware;
but there's also the proviso about how 91/92 suspension has adjustable
caster and 93+ suspension doesn't.  Yet I've not seen anything about
"upgrading" 93+ front suspension with 91/92 hardware.

Are the parts interchangeable?  Is it worth it?  There's "factoids"
floating around about the advantages of dialing in lots of caster, and how
dialing in negative camber can compensate for not having adjustable camber
(but with sacrificing lots of tire wear).

So, why not revise 93+ front suspension with 91/92 hardware?  Am I missing
something?
