[MR2] Stuck Piston Rings.

You've received good advice from Bill Strong. However you may wish or find
that you need something stronger than WD-40. In a long career in the marine
repair business, I have on several occasions cured such a problem, even
freed a seized engine where water in the cyls had rusted the rings to the
cyl walls. The product we used for this was an "Engine Tuner", (several
names exist for such a product, depending upon manufacturer)

Carbon Cleaner, etc. In any case the success depends upon the severity of
the condition. Letting it set for a few days w/this stuff in the cyls might
improve your condition. Good luck.
