I second Leatherseats.com. They make-to-order so you can get exactly what you want. Price for the MR2 starts at $599 and that might include some other misc interior covers.

I used them for a complete interior for my Honda Ridgeline and was very impressed.

And I also recommend a professional installer.

Can't get the upholstery (or the material) from Toyota anymore. I looked at
Katzkin, but wanted to match my factory colors (tan; or "ivory" in
Toyota-Speak), and Katzkin couldn't come close. (Black probably wouldn't be
a problem) I found LeatherSeats.com really good to work with and, with some
custom ordering, was not only able to match the color really well, but with
leather outers and "suede" (synthetic suede) center sections to help make
the seats less "slippery."

Either way, even though some have had good results doing the work
themselves, I'd really recommend paying an upholsterer to do the
installation. I used Durham Upholstery on Westlake Avenue N. in Seattle.

I say this for several reasons:

1) The upholstery ain't cheap and, if something tears or gets damaged during
the installation, it's on the installers head.
2) Aftermarket reproductions often don't exactly duplicate the factory
pattern and some customization/tailoring might be necessary.
3) They're also experienced in rebuilding worn and/or damaged padding in
the seat.

I'm pretty happy with the way mine turned out.

I initially was looking at replacing the seats with Recaros or some other
aftermarket manufacturer; but read a lot of inputs about how aftermarket
seats tend to remove some of the already quite scarce headroom.

I have a 91 mk2. It's red with a predominately black interior. I say
predominately because the seats are dark navy blue. The drivers side has a
hole in it so I'm going to get both of them reupolstered next spring. My
question is does anyone else have a black interior with dark blue seats? I
don't know if my car came stock like that or if my seats are faded or
possible were replaced by a previous owner. My seats are cloth not
leather. Also, does anyone know if they make the seat material anymore,
direct from Toyota, or of anyone that does a repro? Thanks for the help.
