[MR2] OK, my own Toyota List

At least for the V6 Camry manuals, there were either gaps, or years they
really cut back on production. When I was selling my '96 Camry, I look
*hard* for a used decent and recent V6 manual, anywhere in the country.
Found one or two, gave up, leased a MazdaSpeed Protégé. Right now on
autotrader, there's 14 in the country listed. For 4cyl/manual, there
627. There seem to be all years, at least for 4cyl, except for '93, '97,
and '98.
Mazda did the same thing with Mazda6 V6 manuals, at least with
unpredictable production numbers. '07 you couldn't swing a stick without
hitting one, in '08 there were two in the local region.
We do enjoy our oddities, don't we?

Camry has been available with manual transmission from its inception in
1983 up to/through 2011 model year unless there are short gaps I'm not
aware of. 2012 models are all automatic, at least in this country.
