So, my '91 Mk II (stock) Turbo went in for inspection, and the Dunlops
are cracked and don't pass (in the back at least).

I went to Tire Rack, and I found a serious dearth of rubber available -
only Yoko ES100's, and the rears are back-ordered. And I usually ran
high performance all-seasons, though I don't really *need* to run it in
winter (we have an almost new Odyssey and a '99 Sable with ~220K on it).

Should I a) order ES-100's, and wait (how long)? b) upgrade to 15"
wheels (looks like a similar problem with rubber though), c) find a
set of stock '91-93 NSX rims (15x7/16x8 or so), but those need spacers,
and aren't *that* much better for rubber I think, d) go to 17" rims
(which?) - lots of tires available there.

For added fun, I live on a 1/4 mile gravel lane (bumpy/pot-holed at
times) - not the best for low-profile rims.
