Even though Barry already addressed this, I would like to address this as
well, seeing as how "we have people on here" that seem to have trouble with
reading comprehension.

-The original question/ problem was how to control one's body under
cornering loads. NEVER was there a question of: "How do I make myself safer
in the event of a crash?" My answer addressed the question specifically
posed.

-NEVER did I suggest that this was in any way safer than a five point
harness. I never even made an allusion that a chest strap was in any way
safety related. Its not. It is strictly an aid to maintain a better
driving position.

I know you have a lot of racing experience and often make valuable
contributions, but please take the time to read what was actually written
before chastising others that are actually addressing the topic at hand.
