[MR2] Water Injection Kit and Regulator Kit - Parts List/Instructions - Now Free!

I will no longer be selling the water injection kits or the MR2 Turbo 
fuel pressure regulator kits, so I've decided to make the parts list 
(including suppliers) and instructions available for free.

I believe a key discriminator of these kits is the inclusion of the 
accumulator that not only increases pump life, but also maintains a much 
more consistent 'injection' when the solenoid(s) are open.
