[MR2] Emissions problem

In addition to the other suggestions, your catalytic converter(s) may be shot/gone.  I'm guessing the car is high mileage. Congratulations on becoming an MR2 owner.  You've joined an exclusive society. 

There were several makes of body kits out there, some cheap and ill fitting, some expensive and in come cases not much better fitting.  Throw Toyota MKII MR2 body kits into google and see what comes up.

  I took my mr2 for emissions couple weeks ago...  it passed everything except 
  "HC" hyrdocarbons. the limit was 1.5 but my car had 4.91. what is the best way
