[MR2] Emissions problem

Hi I just bought a 91 MR2. I had bunch of questions and I decided to go to those 
who have and know mr2's. so here it is....

I took my mr2 for emissions couple weeks ago...  it passed everything except 
"HC" hyrdocarbons. the limit was 1.5 but my car had 4.91. what is the best way 
to get this under control and hopefully pass emission? 


it was in hail storm before i bought it so it has bunch of dents on it. I was 
thinking about completely remodeling the outside. i dont know what  body kit i 
should go for. if you know any good ones but cheap please let me know......

Right now it has a four cylinder camry engine... what are your recommendations 
for better one?
