I enthusiastically second Scott's request: I'd love to have all the details
(emphasis on the details!).
Tell us more about the 2GR engine: is it all-aluminum? What's the difference
in weight between it and the stock engine? What kind of HP can one
reasonably expect to get out of it without it trying to destroy itself?

Oooh, tell us!! I have read about people with V6 swaps and have been
drooling over the idea... though I wouldn't attempt it myself and
couldn't afford to pay someone to do it for me at the moment; maybe in
another year or two. Still, I love to hear what others are doing
along these lines.
So: FE or FSE heads? What are you doing for the exhaust? Clutch
choice? Etc. etc. -- anything you care to share :)
