I'm coming down an offramp, foot off the gas, and I don't think I
actually get below 2000 rpm.  Even the uphill offramps, I don't keep
it in gear that low with my foot on the gas.  I suppose I should have
said 2000 rpm instead of 30 or 40 mph.
