[MR2] auto trans durability

I had an 86 that had a blown auto transmission.

I bought the car from an auction with a blown head gasket so I didn't drive
it before I bought it. 
It didn't appear too abused and the odo only said  it had 110,000 miles

I never figured out what was wrong. I fixed the head gasket and sold the car
to someone who was planning on swapping the auto for a stick.
