[MR2] New Car "do-dads"

I've had this same experience a few times on manhole covers, abs disables
breaking because on tire is on the slippery metal cover and won't allow the
other 3 to brake. No accident but I have learned to watch out for plan when
manholes are around a braking point. I suppose a more sophisticated abs
system on a more expensive car that separately adjusts each brake would not
do this.
