[MR2] Auto-up feature Re: Door Power Window Switch

Cutting the tab on a MKI allows you to use the outer ring to put the 
window up, but it
doesn't make it 'auto' up.  It's a quick fix for the broken middle 
switch that plagues
all of these switches.
