[MR2] Toyota MR2 Performance

Here's a book recommendation for you:

As more and more parts are starting to become unavailable on our cars and
their rare appearance in car magazines these days have usually become for
historical reference only; it's nice to see a new publication addressing
them; "Toyota MR2 Performance" by Terry Heick.  It was just published in
November of last year and came up as a book recommendation on Amazon.com.
I've not seen the author's name appear on this list, but a number of
the regulars here are acknowledged in the front.

It's a pretty good overview of much of what I've learned from many here,
with some additional information, some "how tos, and suggested "staged"
performance improvements for MkIs, MkIIs, and MkIIIs.
