Depending on tire size (nominal and measured), yes.  I have 15x6.5 +30
wheels on the rear of my '85, which puts the outboard bead in about the
same position as your 15x7 +30 wheels.  All-season street tires never
rub on my car.  Falken Azenis in the same size, P205/50R15, are much
fatter than my street tires, and will kiss the (un-rolled) fender lips
under hard cornering or moderate bumps.  You will probably get away with
it, but may need to roll the fender lips if your tires are on the wide
side.
