[MR2] 88sc No Start - Code 12 - WTB: 4agze igniter

Cap, rotor and wires are all pretty fresh (~5k miles). I pulled the
primary coil wire and both ends were clean and dry. I tested the
output of the coil by hooking my timing light (inductive) to it.
