Chris, I'm in the same boat with a '92-T. In my case, the ignition gets no voltage because the EFI fuse blows 2-5 seconds after trying to crank. So SOMEWHERE in the wiring is a dead short-my least favirite truble-shhoting. Check ALL the ignition fuses including the two back on the engine.
