For perspective, the car en subject has DRUM BRAKES. It is not a 
performance machine as I understand them. In such cases I don't junk perfectly good 
wheel studs, nor does anyone else. With most postwar drum brakes, they are 
held on by rust and a couple of tinnerman clips. And the main reason for 
removing studs is to lessen the pressure needed from the press to push things 
apart- if thats what you're using to disassemble. Cheers- J DeRyke
