[MR2] HFH diagnosis

I finally got off my a** and went looking at the car to prove the coolant is
coming from the Hose to Hell and as I looked I noticed something.

I can't see anything, nope, nothing.  I can't even be sure the Hose from
Hell exists :-P

 

How do I diagnosis this problem?  I am pretty sure this is the leak but the
idea of changing this as a precaution doesn't sound like fun.
