The metal marks on the sprockets Is known here as "the kiss of death". Your
breaker sold you a bad engine. Yes, it should be timed to 0, but make sure
its the ignition Zero. That mark goes by twice for every poser strode of
the cylinder.
If you think you're tired and overworked now, you're going to be peeing in
the grits before long.
