[MR2] OT - Toyota VS Subaru Rant

I have a broken LSD of the Torsen type, from an '86 MR2 turbo diff.   This 
torsen is a 3-helix type, and for a 550 horse 350 Chevy running 14" wide 
gumballs we swapped in, a four-helix unit would have been much better..... The 
original source of the Torsen is unknown- possibly from road racing. Too 
much torque spread the cast iron case allowing the tips of the helix screws to 
ride on the edge of the driven gears. And I've not yet found anyone that 
even recognizes this assembly, much less has parts. Torsen has been sold so 
many times, even Google is confused! FWIW- J Deryke
