Shipping a shortblock to just about anywhere in the US would cost about $150. But you have to put the block on a half pellet. So if you find someone willing to put in the effort you can get one shipped for between 150 and 200. Long block will be a different story. 

When rebuilding an engine with a spun bearing etc you need to expect that you have metal shavings in every oil channel within any reusable parts. This might not be the case but treat it as such. Don't just swap parts if you get your hands on a block. Have everything cleaned/dipped/supersonic blah blah whatever cleaned.
