[MR2] MkII Carpeting & Upholstery

FYI, if your current seats are leather, then the door inserts are also 
leather, as is the steering wheel cover, but not the dash or air bag cover.

I really wish that Steel Mist Gray had come with a choice of upholstery 
colors, all black is just too dark. Almost bought a black car so I could 
get the ivory interior.
