[MR2] Leaking T-top seal

I always argued that vaseline wasn't a good option due to the deterioration
of the seals, until someone made a good point to me that the seals are shot
anyway... petroleum jelly just helps you get a little more time out of
them.  Ultimately, they need replacement one day.
