[MR2] Car theft in Phoenix AZ - would you take a low mileage MR2 SC down there?

Thank you to everybody that responded last month when I asked about taking a completely stock, low mileage MR2 SC down to Phoenix AZ.  In the end I decided to leave the MR2 unmolested and keep it out of the Arizona sun.

I ended up buying a high mileage (318,000 miles) Infiniti I30 very cheap, filled the trunk, then drove it to California Sept 19-20 and Arizona Sept 26.  The I30 got me to AZ, but could use some work.

Can anybody recommend an honest, competent, and reasonably priced mechanic near Glendale (Northwest Phoenix suburb)?
