[MR2] MKII tire/wheel size

Since my right foot is not as heavy as it used to be, the overseer is not
necessarily inevitable these days, but I can crank up some additional
stiffness as needed with the adjustable KYBs. If necessary, I can even pull
the front swaybar links. This works well for normal use and unlike Colin
with 48,000 miles on his, mine are running more to the 148,000 and won't be
seeing any more track or autox action.
