As you know, water and oil don't mix well and when you force them to mix, like in an engine that is running, you get a nasty looking Milkshake...

If you let the truck sit, like overnight, and drain some oil out and since water and oil don't mix the first thing that will come out of the oil pan will be water, remember, oil floats on it.  

>From what you have said his diagnosis is suspect... 22r's are almost un-killable
