Aaron I think the Prism was a rebadged (and skinned) Corolla made by the
GM-Toyota plant at Fremont CA (NUUMI?)
If you are in the know about what is what and looking for a used car if you
want a RAV4 you can get a Pontiac Vibe for $1000s less, a Prizm instead of a
Corolla...
Ford as a similar thing with Mazda - Mazda had an equivalent Explorer,
Escape...

Oh, wow, an Isuzu of all things. I wonder how they supplied that.
There are still a few people who are unaware that Toyota was not the
only manufacturer working with GM under the Geo label; Toyota helped
them with the Prizm, Suzuki on the Metro and Tracker, and Isuzu did the
Storm and Spectrum. If your supplier does not know the difference,
simply read "Toyota 1.6 DOHC" in his book and went to the shelf for that
Isuzu head, it might be time to look elsewhere - perhaps have your
existing cylinder head freshened up by a reputable local machinist
instead.
