[MR2] Inside Door Handle

You want 69205-17031-A0, but it is no longer available.  The black
equivalent is 69205-17031-C0 but it has also dried up.  I can still get
the early ('91-'93) handle but only in black; it's 69205-17030-01 and
your cost is $31.34.  I don't know what, if any, the differences are
between early and late.  I have had success re-dying plastic parts with
SEM products, so if you can't find an ivory handle, that may be an
option for you.
