[MR2] mk1 SC broken belt tensioner pulley - from Cusco pulley kit -what pieces do I need?

Yeah, there's a washer. I think its the same size as the stock Toyota one
but in any event its 0.125" thick, with an outside diameter of 0.85", and an
inner diameter of 0.415". It has to be there to allow the idler to rotate
when you tighten the pulley shaft retaining nut.
