[MR2] MK1 Catalytic Converters For SC and NA

I was just wondering how that 'sniffer' could tell the difference between
one single stinky car going by vs. 5 almost stinky cars traveling close
together creating a higher concentration. And how it would be accurate
considering how wind plays a factor.
