[MR2] Don't push start?

The last automatics that had an oil pump driven off the drive shaft and thus
able to be push started were produced in 1964, AFAIK. The may be a few
exceptions, but nowhere up to the 80s. Thus, you can push that sucker to 100
mph and there will be no joy in mudville. And as I told another lister, I
think the entry in the manuals about push starting is because there will
always be someone who gets a huge push at many mph and puts the tranny in a
gear that will throw a thousand ft-lbs of torque on the engine and damage
many precious parts. If you should do so, Mr. Toyota can simply point to
the manual where it says "Do not ...."
