[MR2] Don't push start?

I didn't know that!  I have push started not many times, but
sometimes, on a hill, I do it just for fun or to be different.  Never
do go fast before letting go the clutch because it doesn't need much
speed.

Why this restriction?  Is it common for certain kinds of cars or engines?
