How hard is it to replace the seals? Maybe I'll do it anyways... The

The seals aren't hard to replace at all, especially if you have a BGB handy
(and since there is one available online, that's no longer an excuse). It's
a straightforward process. I used a 12mm socket and 12mm wrench. I really
believe I could go from start to finish in well under an hour for one side.
You can skip some steps in the BGB, if you are creative, but even following
them all, it shouldn't take long.

I would recommend changing out the seal on the T-top as well, though. When I
bought mine (from Aaron at Lithia, not ebay) and changed the body seal, it
was terribly apparent that the t-top seal was not going to "match" to the
new seal along the top of the glass. A new seal on the t-top fixed that. I
still have some alignment issues, but I think it's the door. I may need new
hinges, since the door will actually fall three or four millimeters when
opened. That's a long-range target, though.

HTH
Kevin
