Did you take out the sparkplug to see if it is good? Maybe the ground
electrode fell off. Maybe the ceramic is cracked and is shorting to the
head. Is the car running on 2 or 3 cylinders? The injectors are paired on
the opening signals so if you have 3 cylinders working, chances are its not
the injector circuit. Unless its a broken wire in the No 1 injector.
