[MR2] mk3 engine failures

To clarify (from the Spyderchat site), the problem in 2000 - 2002 cars was 
with the pre-cat in the exhaust manifold, with disintegrating bits of 
ceramic getting sucked back into the engine, scouring the walls, with 
increased oil consumption, eventually clogging the main cat to the point of 
a very noticeable loss of power, by which time it was too late.    Very 
un-Toyota-like.  :(  Some owners went through this several times.  Some went 
with the 2ZZ.  THAT would be a win-win solution!  :)
