[MR2] [mr2] MKII Engine stops when releasing the clutch

I haven't worked on many MKII's but I've seen one with a failed cat up 
at the turbo. It was a while ago so I don't remember if the cat right 
off the turbo is the pre or main cat. Anyway the problem showed itself 
as very poor acceleration. The turbo still spooled just fine but the car 
just fell flat on its face at higher RPM's.
