[MR2] mk1 underheating

The pizza box is a fix for bad thermostat. If the thermostat is working
properly it doesn't matter if the radiator had three times more surface
area you should still have heat.

I've been through all the usual fixes with my car all ready. I have a
new oem thermostat, flushed the heater core, bleed the system for air
several times. My car heats up normally, the gauge runs just below
halfway and never moves up or down. When I drive around town the heat
works good, not great, just good. On the highway is where I really see
the difference. The heat output really drops. The only way I can think
that happens si the extra air flow over the heater pipes is sucking away
all my heat before it gets to the core.
