The IS350 and perhaps one of the GS models might fit the bill, but
everything else will be inline or not RWD.  If you want this for an MR2,
I would think a FWD set-up would be best (like the 1MZ or 3VZ)

Anyone know what Toyota/Lexus V6 5Spd RWD cars existed? There were lots
of 
I6s (SC300, for example), I don't see any V6s until the 2006 GS. How
about 
a V6 Truck with 2wd?
