[MR2] mk1 underheating

I think J Richter was misinterpreting me here - My point is that with 13 qts
of coolant (my 3 liter 300E uses only 9 as most V8s), when you are starting
in the cold every time the coolant in the block gets over the thermostat
spec it opens up, lets some more of that cold coolant in - the gauge drops
for just a bit - a cycle that seems to go for 3-4 times in my car.

With few exceptions I have always liked to stay with factory or OEM.
Sometimes OEM can show up in the strangest of places - the factory
Thermostat for my 300E is made by Wahler - you can go to Autozone, pick up
one of their thermostats and voila - it is made by Wahler for the 300E.
