    Yes, unless you convert the car to VPC (or some other such system), you 
need to recirc the BOV.  If you don't, you will have idle problems if the 
BOV leaks  at idle (which they often do), and the car will also go rich 
between shifts (slightly delaying spool up in the next gear).

    Even if you do go VPC, it's better to recirc.  The car run find venting 
to atm, but you'll find quicker spool up after shifting when recirc'd.
