Before you replace the seals try some Dielectric Grease or Krytox on the
seals.

This is the preferred way to seal the GM T-tops. GM actually recommends the
Dielectric Grease

When I take the time it actually stops the leak on my wife's car... I just
haven't done it in a while

UPDATE TO THE LIST:

I totally forgot that I need the covers that go over the bolts on the front
of the driver's seat AND I need the big plastic screw thing that holds down
the pull cable assembly.

As for the wet interior issue, I do know that the tops leak. I found out
personally the other day and it wasn't even raining. There was enough dew on
the car that, as the water from the windshield made its way to the back of
the car, it was dripping a little from the rear of BOTH tops. :/ Also, when
I wash it, a little water makes its way in at the front of the door. I have
what I need to fix these issues (I'll have to get another seal for the PS
t-top), BUT, your minivan thing brought up a good point. Many years ago, we
had a Ford Taurus. When it rained really hard in NC, water would stream down
from somewhere around the PS of the firewall. I started removing the DS
carpet today. Once it's out, I'll run some water down the windshield on that
side and see what happens.
