Hi guys.  Sorting through some long neglected minor "issues" on my 88
NA, I 
have a sharp knock up front whne going over bumps.  Good ball joints,
new 
sway bar links, tight rack.  I'm too busy to look at it myself at the 
moment, and before an impending fun drive down through the NC mountains
next 
week I'd  like to get it fixed, so I turned it over to a mechanic friend
who 
thinks it might be the upper strut mounts/brg.  Handling feels fine -
just a 
bit noisy.  Does this sound right?  Cost I should expect?  Dealer part
only? 
Probably no time to get it myself.  TIA, Ron.
