Fixing MkI Fuel Light Sensor

This is information from Service Bulletin 021 (06-06-86) and details the
problem and fix for the low fuel light coming on while there is still
plenty of fuel in the tank.

Condition
The low fuel light comes on to early

Cause
The thermister may be coated with residue contained in alcohol blend fuels

Correction
A new protective coating is now being used on the low fuel indicator
thermister. The coating has been changed from a silicone material to glass.
